Your Tasks
In your role, you develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEA, social media ads, email marketing, and display advertising, aiming to generate leads and strengthen customer retention.
You take on strategic planning and implementation of online and offline media campaigns, independently manage budgets, and continuously optimize the use of advertising media.
You analyze relevant marketing metrics, derive measures to increase conversion rates and ROI, and use A/B tests specifically for optimization.
You also prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and develop well-founded strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders based on your findings.
In close cooperation with departments like sales and brand management, you design integrated marketing measures and watch out for new trends and technologies in performance marketing, especially in the context of digital solutions for healthcare.
Your Profile
You have a degree in marketing, business, communication, or a comparable qualification that qualifies you for the role in performance marketing.
You have several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally focused on digital advertising campaigns and solid knowledge in media planning for online and offline channels.
You are well versed in tracking and attribution methods.
You are proficient with relevant tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Matomo, and CleverReach; ideally, you also have experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
You have a strong numerical affinity, pronounced analytical skills, and a structured and goal-oriented working style.
