People & Culture Manager (20 hrs/week)
At myo we believe good care can only arise in an environment where people feel seen, supported and effective. We develop digital solutions that relieve caregivers and facilities of unnecessary bureaucracy so they can focus on what matters: caring for people.
With over 400 customers in DACH and the UK and a successful Series A financing of €10M, we are transitioning from start-up to grown-up. During this phase, a strong, lived culture and solid people processes that grow with the company become increasingly important.
Responsibilities
As People & Culture Manager you will actively shape everyday working life at myo — from first contact with new colleagues to rituals that strengthen team spirit, trust and belonging. You will be close to people, ensure structure behind the scenes and make culture tangible in daily work.
- Hiring & Recruiting
Create and maintain job postings, coordinate the application process, communicate with candidates and support the selection process.
- HR Administration
Maintain employee master data, prepare contracts, document and manage administrative HR processes. Own Personio.
- On- & Offboarding
Organise and accompany entries and exits, coordinate closely with managers and ensure smooth handovers.
Office & Culture
- Team events & culture
Plan and organise team events, breakfasts, town halls and cultural formats.
- Office operations
Manage daily office operations, act as an interface to service providers and ensure a functioning office setup.
People wellbeing & team happiness: Point of contact for everyday work concerns and active co-creation of a respectful working environment.
Qualifications
Professional experience in people operations, HR, office management or people & culture, ideally in a start-up or scale-up.
Experience in recruiting and operational HR processes.
Structured, reliable and independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
High level of empathy, strong communication skills and organisational talent.
Enjoy implementing culture in everyday life, not just thinking about it.
Fluent in German and very good English skills.
Benefits
Autonomy: Full responsibility for your tasks and the opportunity to actively shape structures, processes and tools — your opinion counts.
Dynamic scale-up environment: Flat hierarchies, fast decisions and a team that loves change. Make an impact without bureaucratic overhead.
Personal development & growth: Annual training budget.
Flexibility & balance: Hybrid working (Berlin + remote). 4 weeks workation per year and flexible working hours based on trust.
Mobility & wellbeing: Mobility budget for commuting (e.g. public transport, bike) and access to Urban Sports Club for sports and balance.
