About the Role
The average waiting time for a therapy spot in Germany is 5-6 months and many affected individuals never gain access to effective help. Sympatient is building the first Digital Mental Health Clinic in Europe by combining psychotherapy, technology, and data-driven care.
Our offerings Invirto (The therapy against anxiety) and Beavivo combine digital psychotherapy products with accessible care in a Germany-wide network of immediately available therapy spots.
The Therapy Operations team ensures a smooth and efficient therapy process for patients and therapists. In this role, you act as the interface between the Therapy Operations Team and therapists, contributing actively to efficient use of available therapy spots and timely help for many people.
