Approximately 850 employees continuously develop the practice software solutions from medatixx and offer central and on-site services for outpatient doctors and psychotherapists in all organizational forms.
Your Tasks
- Your tasks include actively maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction through professional advice and support of our existing customers
- You contribute to increasing sales by competently and convincingly offering software and hardware as well as our services
- You efficiently and solution-oriented process incoming customer inquiries – either by phone or email and enter new orders in our CRM system
- In addition, you carefully document all customer inquiries and develop and document appropriate solution proposals
- To ensure optimal customer retention, you create and calculate offers in Sage KHK and take care of the support and follow-up
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed training, for example as a merchant (m/f/d) for IT system or office management, medical assistant or a comparable qualification
- You have basic knowledge in the field of IT hardware and software and ideally also experience with practice software solutions
- Your teamwork skills, your friendly and communicative nature as well as your interest in digitization in healthcare characterize you
- In addition, you convince through independent thinking and working as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation, which perfectly round off your profile
