Your tasks include actively maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction through professional advice and support of our existing customers.

You contribute to increasing sales by competently and convincingly offering software, hardware, and our services.

You efficiently and solution-orientedly process incoming customer inquiries—whether by phone or email—and enter new orders in our CRM system.

Furthermore, you carefully document all customer inquiries and develop as well as document suitable solution proposals.

To ensure optimal customer retention, you create and calculate offers in Sage KHK and take over the care and follow-up.

You have successfully completed training, for example as a clerk (m/f/d) for IT systems or office management, medical assistant or a comparable qualification.

You bring basic knowledge in the area of IT hardware and software and ideally also experience with practice software solutions.
