Your tasks include actively maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction through professional advice and support of our existing customers.

You contribute to increasing sales by competently and convincingly offering software, hardware, and our services.

You handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently and solution-oriented, whether by phone or email, and enter new orders in our CRM system.

In addition, you carefully document all customer inquiries and develop and document appropriate solution proposals.

To ensure optimal customer retention, you create and calculate offers in Sage KHK and take over the care and follow-up.

You have successfully completed training, for example as a Kaufmann (m/w/d) for IT system or office management, medical assistant or a comparable qualification.

You have basic knowledge in IT hardware and software and ideally experience with practice software solutions.

You are characterized by your teamwork skills, friendly and communicative nature, and your interest in digitalization in healthcare.

Furthermore, you convince with an independent way of thinking and working as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation, perfectly rounding off your profile.
