Your tasks include actively maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction through professional advice and support of our existing customers.

You contribute to revenue growth by competently and convincingly offering software and hardware as well as our services.

You efficiently and solution-orientedly handle incoming customer inquiries, whether by phone or email, and create new orders in our CRM system.

Furthermore, you carefully document all customer inquiries and develop and document suitable solution proposals.

To ensure optimal customer retention, you create and calculate offers in Sage KHK and take over the support and follow-up.

You have successfully completed training, for example as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for IT systems or office management, medical assistant, or a comparable qualification.

You bring basic knowledge in the field of IT hardware and software and ideally also experience with practice software solutions.

Your team skills, your friendly and communicative manner, and your interest in digitalization in healthcare distinguish you.
