In our primary care and family doctor-centered care team, you work on a central future topic of the statutory health insurance—cross-sector and patient-oriented primary medical care in close cooperation with our health insurance funds and other healthcare actors.
Your area of responsibility:

• You develop the existing HzV contracts (§ 73b SGB V) together with health insurance funds and partners—with the aim of making care more efficient, measurably better, and patient-centered.
• You assess fields of action in the context of collective contractual primary care.
• You independently analyze care and billing data, derive strategic recommendations for action, and identify optimization potentials.
• You jointly develop innovative care solutions with the team and manage their operational implementation in coordination with internal and external partners.
• You coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensure smooth collaboration with departments (e.g., IT, analysis, legal), and take responsibility for achieving their goals.
• You are the direct contact person for our business customers—communicating at eye level, advising strategically, and professionally representing our interests externally.
