Your Tasks

In our Primary Care and General Practitioner-Centered Care team, you work on a central future topic of the statutory health insurance—cross-sector and patient-oriented primary medical care in close cooperation with our health insurance companies and other healthcare actors.
Your area of responsibility:
- You develop existing HzV contracts (§ 73b SGB V) together with health insurance companies and partners—with the aim of making care more efficient, measurably better, and patient-centered.
- You evaluate fields of action in the context of collective contract primary care.
- You independently analyze care and billing data, derive strategic recommendations for action, and identify optimization potentials.
- You jointly develop innovative care solutions with the team and manage their operational implementation in coordination with internal and external partners.
- You coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensure smooth cooperation with departments (e.g., IT, analysis, legal), and take responsibility for achieving their goals.
- You are the direct contact person for our business customers—communicate at eye level, provide strategic advice, and professionally represent our interests externally.
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably in primary or general practitioner-centered care, care/contract management, and statutory health insurance companies
- A degree in health economics, health management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Basic medical knowledge and good knowledge of German health insurance law
- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret care and billing data
- Affinity for digital solutions and process optimization in healthcare
- Strong communication skills, independent working style, and eagerness for change
- Entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit, and a pronounced customer orientation
