Your tasks
We are looking for creators who want to develop new care solutions with us – digital, sustainable, and cross-sectoral. If you want to rethink healthcare with a motivated team and in close cooperation with our customer health insurance companies and like to take responsibility in an innovative environment, then the position of Manager Health Care is exactly right for you!
Your area of responsibility:
You develop and implement innovative care concepts along the patient journey – with a focus on e-health and digitalization.
You manage existing contracts and elevate them with fresh ideas to the next level.
You work closely and mostly within an agile framework in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams, including doctors, pharmacists, analysts, lawyers, and health economists.
You are the contact person for health insurance companies and our cooperation partners in healthcare.
Your profile
Several years of experience in healthcare, e.g. at a health insurance company or service provider – ideally with a focus on care or contract management.
Alternatively: A completed master's degree in health economics, health sciences or similar, preferably with a focus on care research.
Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and basic medical knowledge.
Experience in contract negotiations and ideally in handling health-related data analyses.
You are self-organized, creative and entrepreneurial thinking.
Strong communication skills, team-oriented and with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.
