Your Tasks
We are looking for creators who want to jointly develop new care solutions with us – digital, sustainable, and cross-sectoral. Your area of responsibility:
You develop and implement innovative care concepts along the patient journey – focusing on e-health and digitalization.
You manage existing contracts and bring them to the next level with fresh ideas.
You work closely and mostly in an agile framework in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams, including physicians, pharmacists, analysts, lawyers, health economists.
You are the contact person for health insurance companies and our cooperation partners in the healthcare sector.
Your Profile
Several years of experience in the healthcare sector, e.g., at a health insurance company or a service provider – ideally with a focus on care or contract management.
Alternatively: a completed master's degree in health economics, health sciences, or similar, preferably with a focus on care research.
Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and basic medical knowledge.
Experience in contract negotiations and ideally in dealing with health-related data analyses.
You are self-organized, creative, and think entrepreneurially.
Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.
