Your Tasks
You want to actively shape the healthcare system? You enjoy implementing innovative care concepts, creating sustainable added value for the insured community, and collaborating with various partners? Then you are exactly right with us! In our General Practitioner-Centered Care (HzV) team, you work on a central future topic of the statutory health insurance (GKV) – cross-sector, patient-oriented care in close cooperation with our health insurance companies and other stakeholders in the healthcare system.
Your area of responsibility:
- You develop the existing HzV contracts (§ 73b SGB V) further together with health insurance companies and partners – with the goal of making care smarter, more efficient, and demonstrably better.
- You identify improvement opportunities by evaluating and interpreting care and billing data.
- You develop innovative solutions to increase care quality together with the team.
- You work closely with internal departments as well as external service providers and coordinate operational implementation.
- You are the direct contact person for our business customers and provide advisory, binding, and solution-oriented support.
Your Profile
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably in general practitioner-centered care, supply/contract management, and statutory health insurance companies
- A degree in health economics, health management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Basic medical knowledge and good knowledge of German health insurance law
- Experience in contract management and negotiation
- Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret care and billing data
- Affinity for digital solutions and process optimization in healthcare
- Communication skills, ability to work independently, and eagerness for change
- Entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit, and a strong customer orientation
