After comprehensive training, you will take over the technical and operational management of the existing customer sales department at our northern branch (Oldenburg).

You will be responsible for the care and further development of our existing customers as well as the successful sales of our products (software and hardware) and services.

With your professional competence and structured way of working, you ensure smooth processes, strengthen customer satisfaction, and actively promote the optimization of existing processes.

As an empathetic leader, you know how to motivate your team, promote individuals, and create an open, trusting collaboration.

You have a degree in economics, training in a commercial or medical field, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you bring experience from the e-health sector. As a leader, you act entrepreneurially, strategically, and solution-oriented.

You communicate clearly, authentically, and at eye level with both customers and the team.

Your empathetic nature, your sensitivity to people, and your willingness to integrate into existing structures and processes make you a valued contact person and source of ideas.
