Approximately 850 employees continuously develop the practice software solutions of medatixx and offer central and on-site services for outpatient doctors and psychotherapists in all organizational forms.

After comprehensive training, you will take over the technical and operational management of the existing customer sales department at our Northern branch (Oldenburg).

You are responsible for the care and further development of our existing customers as well as the successful distribution of our products (software and hardware) and services.

With your professional competence and structured way of working, you ensure smooth processes, strengthen customer satisfaction, and actively promote the optimization of existing processes.

As an empathetic leader, you know how to motivate your team, promote individuals, and create an open, trusting collaboration.

You have a degree in economics, training in the commercial or medical field, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you already have experience in the e-health industry. As a leader, you act entrepreneurially, strategically, and solution-oriented.
