After comprehensive training, you will take over the professional and operational management of the existing customer sales department in our North branch (Oldenburg).

You will be responsible for the care and further development of our existing customers as well as the successful sales of our products (software and hardware) and services.

With your professional competence and structured way of working, you ensure smooth processes, strengthen customer satisfaction, and actively promote the optimization of existing processes.

As an empathetic leader, you know how to motivate your team, promote individuals, and foster an open, trusting collaboration.

You have a degree in economics, training in a commercial or medical field, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you already have experience in the e-health sector. As a leader, you act entrepreneurially, strategically, and solution-oriented.

You communicate clearly, authentically, and at eye level — both with customers and within the team.

Your empathetic nature, your sensitivity to people, and your willingness to empathize with existing structures and processes make you a valued contact person and initiator.
