We help people with food intolerances to have fewer complaints quickly and easily. We do this with our app viatolea: Based on a nutrition and symptom diary, we can identify individual intolerances using a combination of modern technology and expert knowledge. Then the personalized dietary change starts in the app – as a registered medical device.

As a Lead Full-Stack & Mobile Developer, you take technical responsibility for our platform and app. You design the architecture, make technology decisions, and build a product that has real impact.
This is for someone who wants to move more than just code.
- App Development with Flutter: Design and implement new features and extend existing functionalities of our app.
- Backend Development and Database: Responsible for building, further developing, and maintaining our backend and related databases.
- Data Analytics: Support the development of our algorithms and empower the team in handling data-based insights.
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Fluent German skills (at least C1) as the app is aimed at the German market.
- Experience: Several years of practice in Flutter and full-stack development including database know-how.
- Leadership mindset: Think like a tech lead, take responsibility, and make decisions.
- Hands-on: Roll up your sleeves, find solutions, and are not afraid of challenges.
- Startup mentality: Want to shape, not just manage. Corporate structures are not your thing.
- Plus points: Experience in building scalable architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, security.
