Your Tasks
As part of our Health Care team, you develop hybrid care solutions (interaction of digital information technology and eHealth solutions with outpatient and inpatient care structures) that provide sustainable added value for the insured community of our health insurance companies.
Our goal is to look at the patient journey holistically and to network all relevant healthcare actors through optimized and usually digital communication. Here, we rely on innovative solutions and technologies to make the information exchange between patients and medical staff as well as downstream institutions, e.g., nursing, efficient and transparent.
As a Lead Expert, you have many years of experience and high expertise in care management and the development of so-called "Patient Journeys."
- Together with our analysts, you analyze and optimize the various indication-related contact points and care paths in the patient journey, from diagnosis to care process to aftercare.
- You develop and implement strategies to improve the digital patient experience, especially regarding telemedical communication and treatment management.
- You design solutions to network the various actors in the healthcare sector to ensure continuous and (partly) automated information flow.
- You work closely and mostly in an agile framework in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams, including doctors, pharmacists, analysts, lawyers, health economists.
- You continuously evaluate patient communication and patient pathways and initiate measures to improve quality.
- You serve as a contact person for our health insurance companies (customers) and strategic cooperation partners.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in health management, medicine, health economics, or a comparable field.
- Solid knowledge in the analysis and optimization of patient processes in healthcare.
- Experience with digital platforms, telemedical systems, technical infrastructure (Gematik), and networking of healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a structured working style.
- Strong affinity for innovative technologies and their use in healthcare.
- Team player with the ability to present complex issues in a target group-oriented manner.
