Your mission
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare, developing evidence-based digital health applications for mental health conditions for over 10 years. Their apps address stress management, depression, alcohol use, panic disorder, anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders. Six of their ten apps are approved digital health applications reimbursable by prescription to insured adults in Germany.
As a Product Manager (m/f/x), you join the Product Team working with product managers, designers, and researchers at the forefront of mental health technology. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, psychology, and other teams to deliver digital therapeutic solutions successfully.

Salary Band:
- Professional IC L1 (Junior): 54 - 62k EUR gross + VSOP (15% annual gross salary)
- Professional IC L2 (Mid Level): 68 - 82k EUR gross + VSOP (15% annual gross salary)
- Based on German benchmark, adjusted for remote hires locality
Remote Policy: Remote-first culture with offices in Berlin and Hamburg
Your objectives
- Lead product discovery to identify market opportunities, user needs, and industry trends in mental health
- Coordinate closely with engineering manager for smooth project completion
- Gather and prioritize requirements from content, research, legal, coaching teams
- Work with product designer and researcher to define detailed product requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs
- Conduct user interviews and market research to validate product decisions
- Collaborate with QA to ensure delivery of user-centric high-quality products
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements
Your profile
Must Haves- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related
- Experience in product management
- Strong technology understanding
- Project management skills
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
- Fluency with AI tools
- Fluency in English and French
- Technical skills including deep understanding of software systems

HelloBetter, founded as GET.ON Institut für Online Gesundheitstrainings GmbH in 2015 by renowned researchers and psychologists, has developed 10 online programs across 8 mental health problem areas in collaboration with top universities and partners including Harvard.
