Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we have been developing evidence-based digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental stress. Our applications cover various areas, including stress management, depression, problematic alcohol consumption, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders.
Currently, six out of ten applications from HelloBetter are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge on prescription for all adult insured individuals.
As a Junior Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for central operational areas such as fleet and supplier management, support the introduction of new tools and processes, and contribute to advancing daily efficiency and scalability in a rapidly growing healthtech environment.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for complete fleet management (15+ company vehicles)
- Organization of administrative daily tasks to enable strategic work
- Maintenance of supplier relationships and contract management
- Support in the introduction of new processes and tools in the operational area with insight into state-of-the-art practices and the implementation of AI
- Maintenance and optimization of documentation and process systems
- First-level support in the operational area and independent problem-solving
- Close collaboration with the Head of Operations in a rapidly growing healthtech company
- Clear development perspective towards operational expertise and leadership responsibility
Your Profile
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or a comparable role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and diligence
- Experience in supplier or vendor management
- Confident handling of Google Workspace as well as Excel/Sheets
- Experience in process documentation and optimization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented working style with a high degree of independence
- Very good German and English skills
Nice to Haves
- Experience in fleet or mobility management
- Knowledge in purchasing and contract management
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Basic knowledge of travel management platforms

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 under the name GET.ON Institute for Online Health Trainings GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In over 30 randomized controlled trials, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in cooperation with the Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University, and other partners from eight specific problem areas to prevent and treat classic mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders, but also topics like vaginismus or chronic pain. HelloBetter has the broadest study base among all providers.
Currently, six therapy programs from HelloBetter have been approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) as digital health applications and are available free of charge on prescription for all insured adults. The work of the expert team has been published in international journals (e.g., The Journal of the American Medical Association) and honored with various awards (e.g., Wilhelm Exner Prize in Psychology 2016, EFPA Comenius Prize 2017, Digital Health Award 2018, EU Compass Good Practice 2018 in Mental Health).
