About Our Company

We are a young, dynamically growing stock corporation in the healthcare sector. Since 2007, we have been developing innovative solutions and services with a dedicated team of around 120 employees to improve the quality of statutory health insurance services and purchase services more economically. In the field of digitalization, we are among the drivers in the industry. Our products serve over 24 million insured people daily. Nationwide, 75 health insurance companies already trust our expertise. This success is due not least to flat hierarchies, strong team spirit, appreciative cooperation, and a constructive atmosphere that encourages creativity and ideas.

Your Tasks

Do you want to actively shape healthcare? Do you enjoy implementing innovative care concepts, creating sustainable value for the insured community, and collaborating with various partners? Then you are exactly right with us!
In our Primary Care and Family Doctor-Centered Care team, you work on a central future topic of the statutory health insurance fund (GKV) - cross-sectoral and patient-oriented primary medical care in close cooperation with our health insurance companies and other healthcare actors.
Your responsibilities:
  • You participate in the operational implementation of existing family doctor-centered care contracts (§ 73b SGB V) and support the continuous improvement of our standardized services.
  • You accompany quality assurance, prepare reports, and coordinate internal processes within contract management.
  • You are the first point of contact for health insurance companies and contract partners for organizational and content-related questions regarding daily implementation.
  • You support the further development of existing contracts - including the data-technical and organizational implementation.
  • You prepare care-relevant data, support evaluations, and contribute your analytical skills to the preparation of regular key figure reports.
  • You work cross-team with colleagues from IT, analysis, and legal departments as well as with external partners.

Your Profile

  • A degree (e.g. health economics, health management, business administration) or a comparable qualification, ideally with a medical or commercial background.
  • Initial professional experience in care management/primary care, with statutory health insurance companies, physician associations, or corresponding service providers. Desirable: understanding of family doctor-centered care, KV, or selective contract processes.
  • Sound knowledge of billing processes, medical classification systems (e.g. EBM, ICD-10), and ideally experience in handling health-related databases.
  • Analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers for preparing and interpreting data and key figures.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, ideally complemented by experience with health-related data structures.
  • Communication skills, customer orientation, and team spirit - combined with self-organization and a sense of responsibility.
