IT Administrator

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access controls
  • Set up and configure laptops (Windows & macOS) for new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Oversee MDM and endpoint management tools to keep all company devices secure and compliant
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures, asset inventory, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve automation and simplify workflows
  • Help enforce cybersecurity standards, including MFA, encryption, and access reviews
  • Provide fast, friendly support to teammates and proactively identify recurring issues or areas for improvement
  • Stay curious and keep learning we value initiative and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience working as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or in a similar hands-on role
  • Comfortable managing Microsoft 365, MDM solutions, and collaboration tools such as Teams or Slack
  • Some exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - you dont need to be an expert, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key
  • Familiar with monitoring tools and log management systems for keeping our infrastructure healthy and secure
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a definite plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems efficiently
  • Great communication and documentation skills - you make things clear and easy to follow
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and keep things moving without constant oversight
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility toward data security
  • A people-first mindset - you enjoy helping teammates and improving how we work together
  • Team player with a proactive, lets make it better attitude
