Your Tasks
As part of our innovation team, you will develop user-centered digital products and services together with colleagues and cooperation partners that benefit our customers and statutory health insurance members. With your expertise, you play a key role throughout the entire development process, working at the interface of UX, innovation, and business. You will also promote an experimental, learning mindset and the integration of UX methods into agile processes.
Your specific tasks include:
Developing user-centered concepts and digital solutions, and accompanying innovation projects from the idea to market launch.
Using quantitative and qualitative methods for user and user experience research, deriving concrete ideas and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Creating and testing low- and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure the best possible UX.
Conducting and moderating workshops and design sprints.
Developing initial UX design concepts for digital products, focusing on attractive, intuitive, and user-friendly design as well as technical feasibility.
UX/UI conception of digital products in close collaboration with development teams.
Identifying and integrating new methods, technologies, and trends in UX and innovation and advancing user-centered product development.
Supporting agile project implementation in interdisciplinary teams (especially Scrum).
Your Profile
Completed university degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Innovation, etc.) or equivalent further training.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in innovation, user/UX research, or UX design.
Sound knowledge of user-centered innovation methods and experiment design.
Practical experience with user research & testing.
Proficient use of prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
Analytical thinking and ability to translate research results into innovative solutions or clear recommendations for action.
Good sense for customer-centered design and graphic implementation.
Team player with strong communication and moderation skills.
Practical experience in agile working methods (especially Scrum).
Desirable: Experience in UI design (desktop/mobile) and healthcare (statutory health insurance/eHealth).
