You will manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process - from creating employment contracts to certificates and references.

In daily operations, you will handle various administrative tasks ensuring smooth processes in the HR area.

You will act as an advisor on HR-related questions and collaborate closely with managers and departments.

Additionally, you will manage digital personnel files and keep track of all relevant information.

You will actively contribute to the development of HR processes and support internal projects.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as office management clerk, industrial clerk or legal assistant, forming the foundation for your work in personnel administration.

You possess a solid understanding of HR administration processes and have basic knowledge of labor law.

You are proficient in MS Office; initial experience with digital HR systems is advantageous.

You have an open and clear communication style fostering trustworthy collaboration within the team and with internal interfaces.

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
