Job Summary

Your Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate dialogues to identify business issues and opportunities addressed through technology.
  • Align technology strategy with business needs.
  • Manage technology priorities for Clinical Development & Patient Safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key leaders for alignment.
  • Conduct meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
• Project Management
  • Capture functional requirements and design specifications for technology solutions.
  • Coordinate delivery of IT portfolio and priorities ensuring project quality and schedule.
  • Collaborate with technology teams for solution implementation.
  • Monitor and report progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
• Budget and Resource Optimization
  • Meet operational and project budgets.
  • Lead and manage the Stakeholder Success team.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets.
• Innovation and Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for technological innovation.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and solution enhancements.
  • Understand operationalization of processes within technology tools.
  • Encourage adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Lead pilot programs and assess effectiveness.
• Communication and Coordination
  • Drive adoption of technology standards and solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication between technology teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other units for alignment and integration.
  • Maintain communication channels with regular updates and feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• 10-15 years in Clinical Development & Patient Safety stakeholder engagement or business analyst roles.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Management experience overseeing complex projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for dispersed teams.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance environments globally.
• Successful stakeholder engagement history.

• Expertise in Clinical Development & Patient Safety business processes.
• Experience with IT technologies supporting Clinical Trial Management Systems, Electronic Data Capture, Safety Databases, and Signal Detection.
• Understanding of clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in digital solutions and innovative projects leveraging AI and machine learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and negotiation skills including vendor management.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset for continuous improvement.
• Role model behavior, strong results focus, and strategic thinking capability.
