Job Description
Your responsibilities include managing the entire sales process over several months, from initial contact to product presentation to contract signing. You will research potential customers, contact them by phone to schedule initial meetings, analyze customer needs, and tailor your live product presentations accordingly. You will identify the right contacts within complex organizational structures and diligently document progress in the CRM system, ensuring no information is lost. Additionally, you will represent the company at sales events and trade fairs.
Candidate Profile
You have several years of sales experience, preferably at a start-up in the B2B SaaS sector. You have experience with multi-step sales processes involving multiple stakeholders to close deals successfully. You enjoy a highly individualized process that requires confidence, adaptability, and empathy. You maintain focus on essential goals during longer processes and have a strong drive for closing deals. You can explain complex matters simply and have experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. You are self-disciplined and work independently and structured. Fluent German skills are required, and good English is a plus as the company language is English.
In addition to your fixed salary, there will be performance-based commissions.
