You will be responsible for the entire sales process, sometimes accompanying it over several months from initial contact, product presentation, to contract signing.
You research potential customers and contact them by phone to arrange initial conversations.
You analyze customer needs and tailor your live product presentation accordingly.
You are responsible for understanding complex corporate structures and identifying the right contact person through multiple stages.
You meticulously document every progress in our CRM system, ensuring no information is lost.
You will represent the company at sales events and trade shows.

Candidate Profile

Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably at a start-up in the B2B SaaS sector.
Experience in a multi-step sales process involving multiple stakeholders to close successfully.
Enjoyment of a process that becomes highly individualized at advanced stages, requiring confidence, adaptability, and empathy.
Maintain focus on essentials even if the process takes longer, with a constant hunger for contract closure.
Ability to explain complex matters simply.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Self-disciplined with an independent and structured working style.
Fluent in German; good English is a plus as the company language is English.

Additional performance-based commission on top of your fixed salary.
