Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process, which can sometimes span several months (from first contact through product presentation to contract signing).
You research potential customers and contact them by phone to arrange an initial meeting.
You analyze customer needs and tailor your live product presentation accordingly.
You are responsible for understanding complex organizational structures and identifying the correct contact person through multiple levels.
You meticulously document every progress in our CRM system to ensure no information is lost.
You will represent the company at sales events and trade fairs.
Profile
You have several years of professional experience in sales, preferably at a start-up in the B2B SaaS sector.
You have experience in a multi-step sales process involving several stakeholders to successfully close deals.
You enjoy a process that is highly individualized in advanced stages, requiring confidence, adaptability, and empathy.
Even if the process takes longer, you never lose sight of the essentials and have a constant hunger for closing contracts.
You can explain complex matters simply.
You have experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
You are self-disciplined and characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
You have fluent German skills; good English is a plus as our corporate language is English.
In addition to your fixed salary, there will be a performance-based commission.
