Job Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process, sometimes accompanying it for several months (from initial contact to product presentation and contract signing).
You research potential customers and contact them by phone to arrange an initial meeting.
You analyze the needs of customers and tailor your live product presentation accordingly.
You are responsible for understanding complex company structures and identifying the right contact person through multiple stages.
You diligently document every progress in our CRM system and ensure no information is lost.
You will represent the company at sales events and trade fairs.
Candidate Profile
You have several years of professional experience in sales, preferably at a start-up in the B2B SaaS sector.
You have experience in a multi-step sales process involving multiple stakeholders to successfully close deals.
You enjoy a process that becomes highly individualized at advanced stages, requiring a high level of confidence, adaptability, and empathy.
Even if the process takes longer, you never lose sight of the essentials and have a constant hunger for contract closures.
You are capable of explaining complex issues simply.
You have experience operating a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
You are self-disciplined and characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
You have fluent German skills; good English is a plus as our corporate language is English.
In addition to your fixed salary, there will be a performance-based commission.
