Job Description
You will be responsible for the entire sales process sometimes over several months (from initial contact, product presentation to contract signing).
You research potential customers and contact them by phone to arrange an initial meeting.
You analyze customer needs and adapt your live product presentation accordingly.
You are responsible for understanding complex corporate structures and finding the right contact person through several stations.
You meticulously document every progress in our CRM system and ensure no information is lost.
You will represent the company at sales events and trade fairs.
Profile
Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in a startup in the B2B SaaS area.
Experience in a multi-step sales process involving several stakeholders to close successfully.
Enjoys a process that is very individual in advanced stages requiring confident demeanor, adaptability, and empathy.
Never lose sight of essentials despite longer processes and a constant hunger for contract closings.
Ability to explain complex matters simply.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Self-disciplined with an independent and structured working style.
Fluent German skills, good English is a plus as the company language is English.
Besides your fixed salary, there will be a performance-based commission.
