Full Cycle Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description

You are the first and most important point of contact for our customers – from the first contact to contract conclusion.

As a Full Cycle Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process: from acquisition through product demo to closing.

With your strategic thinking, communication skills, and energy, you significantly contribute to ensuring that our solutions reach the right customers and help myo continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
  • Active cold calling and identification of relevant decision-makers
  • Maintenance and follow-up of your pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Conducting product demos independently or jointly with the team
  • Creation and adjustment of sales presentations
  • Close cooperation with Customer Success and Marketing to provide feedback and optimize processes

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven success in full cycle sales
  • Solid knowledge of outbound sales, cold calling, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong communication skills – you can inspire, convince, and build trust
  • Independent, numbers-oriented working style with a focus on results and efficiency
  • Ability to conduct demos in a structured and inspiring way – including preparation and presentation
  • Team player mentality: you share knowledge, support colleagues, and avoid competitive thinking
  • Willingness to learn, resilience, and genuine interest in actively advancing our mission
