Full Cycle Sales Manager

Job Description

You are the first and most important point of contact for our customers – from the first contact to the contract conclusion.

As a Full Cycle Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process: from acquisition through product demo to closing.

With your strategic thinking, communication skills, and energy, you significantly contribute to ensuring that our solutions reach the right customers – and that myo continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
  • Active cold acquisition (especially via cold calling) and identification of relevant decision-makers
  • Maintenance and follow-up of your pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Conducting product demos – independently or together with the team
  • Creation and adaptation of sales presentations
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing to feedback learnings and optimize processes

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven success in full cycle sales
  • Solid knowledge in outbound sales, cold calling, and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong communication skills – you can inspire, persuade, and build trust
  • Independent, numbers-driven working style with a focus on results and efficiency
  • Ability to conduct demos in a structured and inspiring manner – including preparation and presentation
  • Team player mentality: You share knowledge, support colleagues, and avoid competition mentality
  • Willingness to learn, resilience, and genuine interest in actively driving our mission forward
