Finance Business Partner (Part-time) role based in Frankfurt am Main
These tasks await you:
- You take over local accounting and controlling and support office management.
- Finance tasks:
- Administration of payment transactions, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as the accounts of our agency.
- Determination and booking of monthly revenue and cost accruals within the framework of customer projects.
- Creation of balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow forecasts.
- Processing of payroll accounting in coordination with our payroll office in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Responsibility for all accounting matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support with annual financial statements and tax returns in cooperation with external auditors as contact person for them and other external advisors.
- Office Management tasks:
- Support teams with filing, travel organization, orders, etc.
- Updating and maintaining inventory lists, databases, licenses, subscriptions, and access data.
- Support in HR processes as well as management of freelancers and external service providers.
What you bring:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or studies.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment.
- Knowledge of VAT law as well as experience with HGB and IFRS.
- Negotiation-secure German and English skills.
- Good IT skills, excellent Excel skills.
- You are motivated, enthusiastic, quick to grasp, flexible, helpful, and service-oriented.
- You work independently and responsibly and bring a high affinity for numbers, analytical thinking skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Your working method is conscientious and you like to take responsibility.
- You have very good communication skills in spoken and written form.
