Your Role
HelloBetter is a pioneer in digital healthcare. For more than 10 years, we develop evidence-based digital health applications for prevention and treatment of mental illnesses. Our products cover areas such as stress management, depression, problematic alcohol use, panic disorders and anxiety, vaginismus, and sleep disorders. Six out of ten applications are approved as digital health applications and are available on prescription for all adult insured persons at no cost.
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your region. You will establish sustainable relationships with doctors and therapists and successfully position our innovative product portfolio and the Digital Care Act (DVG) in the market. On days you are not in the field, you have the opportunity to work flexibly from home.
Your Tasks
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with prescribers and relevant contacts in your region through personal and digital communication (onsite/online meetings, telephone, email, letters).
- Targeted approach: Identification and addressing potential prescribers in practices and medical care centers through personal conversations on site.
- Sales measures: Development, implementation, and evaluation of targeted sales strategies for marketing our psychological online courses.
- Data analysis: Conducting data-driven analyses to continuously optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your sales activities.
- Event participation: Representing the company at nationwide specialist congresses, local doctors' network events, and digital health conferences.
- Teamwork: Close cooperation with inside sales, marketing, service, and content departments to achieve common goals.
Your Profile
Must Haves
- Resident in the greater Leipzig area
- Initial experience in sales or business development with proven responsibility for sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-reliance and self-motivation, and initial experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Empathy for the needs and goals of decision-makers in healthcare
- Confident use of digital applications and communication channels: Routine in the use of modern tools
- Strong team skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and colleagues to achieve common goals
- Willingness to travel in your region, including using a company car and staying overnight at your discretion
- Native-level German and fluent English as the corporate language

Nice to haves

About Us
HelloBetter was founded in 2015 as GET.ON Institute for Online Health Training GmbH by internationally recognized researchers and psychologists. In cooperation with universities such as Leuphana University, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Free University Amsterdam, Harvard University, and others, HelloBetter has developed and evaluated 10 online programs in eight specific problem areas for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, or panic disorders, as well as topics like vaginismus or chronic pain.
