Your tasks include actively maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction through professional consulting and support of our existing customers.

You contribute to sales growth by competently and convincingly offering software and hardware as well as our services.

You efficiently and solution-orientedly handle incoming customer inquiries—either by phone or email—and create new orders in our CRM system.

You carefully document all customer inquiries and develop and document appropriate solution proposals.

To ensure optimal customer retention, you create and calculate offers in Sage KHK and take over the support and follow-up.

You have successfully completed training, for example, as a clerk (m/f/d) for IT systems or office management, medical assistant, or a comparable qualification.

You have basic knowledge in the field of IT hardware and software and ideally also experience with practice software solutions.

Your teamwork skills, friendly and communicative nature, and interest in digitization in healthcare characterize you.
