Your task is the location and department-overlapping written and telephone appointment coordination of existing and new customer orders.

You plan and schedule service deployments in close coordination with our customers, considering optimal demand coverage and efficiency in personnel utilization.

You work closely with the involved departments and teams.

You process and handle orders by documenting activities in the CRM.

You are responsible for emergency management in time-critical orders.

Research and compilation of order-related information are part of your responsibilities.

You have commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you have good technical understanding and knowledge of the healthcare sector.

Experience in dispatching is desirable.

You are motivated, like to work independently in a team, and use your rhetorical skills in a customer-oriented manner.

Your polished manners and good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
