We enable our customers to take their health into their own hands by providing a simple, convenient, and attractive shopping option. Our website www.onfy.de launched in November 2021 and has since developed into an online platform that offers consumers the unique opportunity to order health products from multiple pharmacies simultaneously at low prices and with fast delivery. About the Role

As a Customer Service Professional in customer service, you are the first point of contact for our customers and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. The shift work from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm allows for flexible and efficient working hours arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for written, telephone, and chat communication with our customers, ensuring interactions are efficient and friendly.
  • Your task is to identify problems related to customer orders and find immediate solutions.
  • You conduct research to understand problems and contribute to continuous improvement of our service.
  • You collect and evaluate customer feedback to gain valuable insights and optimize our service.
  • You work closely with other departments within the company to ensure customer concerns are effectively resolved and operational processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • You are motivated to provide first-class customer service and actively contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience in customer service to act efficiently and professionally.
  • Knowledge in the pharmaceutical area is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • You have some experience with ticket tools or are willing to learn to use them.
  • You have strong communication skills and can convey complex information clearly.
  • You are skilled in using software programs and are internet-savvy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Experience with ticket tools.

Compensation and Benefits Package
