Identify trends, requirements and business opportunities in clinics, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and eHealth by attending industry events, giving presentations at conferences and building and maintaining close relationships with potential customers and partners.
Take responsibility for the strategic analysis of the further development of our healthcare offering, including market research, media monitoring and identifying customer needs.
Create customized offers for new customers and accompany the entire offer process, including the development of targeted market activities in our top customer segments.
Analyze activities and projects with existing customers to identify cross- and upselling potentials and develop corresponding opportunities.
Actively support sales with a hands-on sales mentality and work closely with our experts for clinics, MedTech, pharma and health-IT companies.
Take over reporting and planning to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
A background that convinces:
Have many years of experience in sales, business development or strategy with proven success in the healthcare industry, digital health start-ups, consulting companies or related fields.
Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to convey complex topics concisely and clearly.
Demonstrate strength in developing and creating cross-service concepts and offers as well as corresponding presentations.
Have proven experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment and bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Effectively formulate complex concepts and strategies – both in German and English. Have theoretical and practical understanding of business strategies, economic principles and business administration with a focus on innovation and growth.
Think entrepreneurially and recognize business opportunities, always putting the needs and satisfaction of customers in the foreground.
Willing to travel up to 20% of working time domestically.
