You identify trends, requirements, and business opportunities in the fields of clinic, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and eHealth by attending industry events, giving presentations at conferences, and building and maintaining close relationships with potential customers and partners.
You take responsibility for the strategic analysis of the further development of our offerings in the healthcare sector, including conducting market research, media monitoring, and identifying customer needs.
You create tailored proposals for new customers and accompany the entire proposal process, including developing targeted market activities in our top customer segments.
You analyze activities and projects with existing customers to recognize cross- and upselling potential and develop corresponding opportunities.
You actively support sales with a hands-on sales mentality and work closely with our subject matter experts for clinics, MedTech, Pharma, and Health-IT companies.
You take on reporting and planning to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

You have many years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy with proven success in the healthcare industry, digital health startups, consulting firms, or related fields.
You have strong presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to convey complex topics concisely and understandably.
Your strength lies in developing and creating cross-service concepts and proposals as well as corresponding presentations.
You have proven experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment and bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You can effectively formulate complex concepts and strategies - both in German and English. You have a theoretical and practical understanding of business strategies, economic principles, and business administration with a focus on innovation and growth.
You think entrepreneurially and recognize business opportunities, always putting the needs and satisfaction of customers first.
You are willing to travel domestically up to 20% of your working time.
