B2C Growth Manager E‑Commerce & Brand (m/w/d)

Our current focus is on the B2B business, with numerous digital health companies and health insurance providers already among our clients.

To further expand our B2C offering, we are looking for a versatile B2C Growth Manager who will take overall responsibility for probatix.de and the Probatix brand on the B2C side. So far, our B2C business has been managed somewhat on the side, but now we want to build and scale it intensively. You will be measured directly on success, requiring ownership and drive, with great opportunities in a rapidly growing market and a unique position as a pioneer.

Your Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Responsibility: Strategic and operational responsibility for our Shopify store – maintenance, optimization, and expansion of our shop, including product structure, landing pages, and international expansion.
  • Conversion & Revenue Growth: Development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to increase conversion rate (CRO), average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Paid Advertising: Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) including budget and KPI management (ROAS, CAC, CLTV).
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Building and maintaining automated email sequences and newsletters with Klaviyo, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and the creation of engaging content.
  • Social Media & Community: Responsibility for organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and community management; building and expanding loyal customer communities.
  • SEO & AI Search: Creation and implementation of an SEO and AI search strategy (local and international), including keyword analysis and use of tools like Semrush.
  • Omnichannel & Growth: Identification and exploitation of additional growth channels (affiliate, influencer marketing, partnerships, etc.) and integration into our omnichannel strategy.
  • Data & Reporting: Continuous monitoring and reporting of all relevant KPIs (CVR, AOV, CLTV, ROAS, organic traffic, etc.) and preparation of data for management.
  • Interface Management: Close collaboration with product, tech, customer success, and our B2B team to ensure that all marketing activities align with our commercial goals.

Your Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of B2C e-commerce, preferably in the healthcare industry or comparable regulated markets.
  • Solid knowledge of Shopify and related platforms as well as experience with SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Practical experience with Klaviyo or comparable marketing automation and CRM systems as well as strong newsletter and campaign expertise.
  • Confident use of marketing and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush; strong affinity for numbers and data.
  • Experience in building and developing organic social media channels as well as community and loyalty programs.
  • Independent, proactive working style, enjoyment of responsibility, and eagerness to implement new ideas in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
