Our primary focus has been on the B2B business; many digital health companies and health insurance providers are already our customers.
We are now looking to expand our B2C offering and seek a versatile B2C Growth Manager who will take full responsibility for probatix.de and the Probatix brand on the B2C side. Until now, our B2C business was somewhat sidelined, but we want to build and scale it intensively. You will be directly measured by your success, need ownership and drive, and can achieve a lot – in a rapidly growing market with a unique position as a pioneer.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for our Shopify store – maintenance, optimization, and expansion, including product structure, landing pages, and international expansion.
- Development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to increase conversion rate (CRO), average order value, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), including budget and KPI management (ROAS, CAC, CLTV).
- Building and maintaining automated email sequences and newsletters with Klaviyo, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and creating engaging content.
- Responsibility for organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and community management; building and expanding loyal customer communities.
- Creation and implementation of SEO and AI search strategies (local and international), including keyword analyses and use of tools like Semrush.
- Identification and development of additional growth channels (affiliate, influencer marketing, partnerships) and integration into our omnichannel strategy.
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of all relevant KPIs (CVR, AOV, CLTV, ROAS, organic traffic, etc.) and data presentation for management.
- Close collaboration with product, tech, customer success, and our B2B team to ensure all marketing activities align with our commercial goals.
Your Profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably in the health sector or similarly regulated markets.
- Proficient knowledge of Shopify and related platforms, experience with SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Practical experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation and CRM systems; strong newsletter and campaign expertise.
- Confident use of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush; strong affinity for numbers and data.
- Experience in building organic social media channels and community and loyalty programs.
- Independent, proactive working style, enjoys responsibility, and eager to implement new ideas in a fast-growing environment.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
