Your role includes diverse areas:

To achieve our vision, we are looking for support for our Customer Relations Team. Join us as a motivated Sales & Account Manager in Healthcare.
If you already have experience in customer acquisition or are even established in the healthcare industry – with us, you can use your skills meaningfully and contribute to the team's success.

From support to contract conclusion:
  • You accompany health insurance companies and clinics through the entire process – from the first contact to the successful implementation of our solution.
  • Our partners are already convinced – you ensure that decisions are made faster and processes run smoothly.
  • Optional: You lead negotiations on commercial and technical/legal issues up to the contract conclusion.

Strategic development & process optimization:
  • You identify potential to optimize our collaboration with clinics and health insurance companies and implement targeted measures to make our solutions even more effective in practice.
  • Together with the Sales and Marketing team, you develop strategies to expand existing relationships and efficiently bring new leads to the target.

Teamwork & implementation:
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams (Customer Success, Medical Content, Product) to recognize challenges early and directly implement solutions.

Your profile

  • You have professional experience in B2B sales or account management – ideally in healthcare.
  • Ability to communicate at eye level with different stakeholders.
  • You are focused and bring drive and will to succeed.
  • You are customer-oriented, recognize customer needs, and can quickly adapt to your conversation partner and new situations.
  • Passion for innovative healthcare technologies and willingness to engage with healthcare challenges.
  • You speak German at native level and fluent English.
  • A good understanding of the German healthcare system is an advantage.
