Your Role Includes Diverse Areas

To achieve our vision, we are seeking support for our Customer Relations Team. Join as a motivated Sales & Account Manager in Healthcare.
If you already have experience in customer acquisition or are even established in the healthcare industry – with us you can meaningfully apply your skills and contribute to the team's success.

From support to contract closure:
  • You accompany health insurers and clinics through the entire process – from the first contact to the successful implementation of our solution.
  • Our partners are already convinced – you ensure decisions are made faster and processes run smoothly.
  • Optionally: You lead negotiations on commercial, technical, and legal issues up to contract conclusion.
Strategic development & process optimization:
  • You identify potentials to optimize our collaboration with clinics and health insurers and implement targeted measures to bring our solutions more effectively into practice.
  • Together with the sales and marketing teams, you develop strategies to expand existing relationships and efficiently convert new leads into outcomes.
Teamwork & implementation:
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary teams (Customer Success, Medical Content, Product) to identify challenges early and directly bring solutions into implementation.

Your Profile

  • You have professional experience in B2B sales or account management – ideally in healthcare.
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholders at eye level.
  • You are focused and bring drive and a will to succeed.
  • You are customer-oriented, recognize customer needs, and can quickly adapt to your conversation partner and new situations.
  • Passion for innovative healthcare technologies and willingness to engage with the challenges of healthcare.
  • You speak German at native level and English fluently.
  • A good understanding of the German healthcare system is an advantage.
