Floy develops AI software that supports radiologists in diagnosing hard-to-recognize diseases early. Our technology already helps in over 200 radiology practices – and you can significantly contribute to ensuring our partner practices are technically perfectly prepared.
Your responsibilities
As a Radiology System Administrator, you are responsible for the technical preparation and support of our partner practices. You ensure that RIS and PACS systems are optimally integrated with our AI software and that our customers experience smooth technical implementation.
- You accompany new partner practices during technical connection and ensure all systems are optimally prepared.
- You support the implementation of our software in existing RIS and PACS systems and coordinate technical interfaces.
- You maintain close communication with radiologists, IT administrators, and professional staff to understand and implement technical requirements.
- You support our partner practices in troubleshooting and ensure stable operation of our solution.
- You document technical processes and develop best practices for implementation and support.
- You work closely with our product and development team to directly incorporate customer feedback into the further development of our software.
What are we looking for?
- A completed training or studies in the IT field, medical technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in technical support or system administration in healthcare, ideally focusing on RIS and PACS systems.
- Knowledge in connecting and configuring medical IT systems, especially in the radiological environment.
- Good understanding of DICOM, HL7, and other medical interface standards.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in direct exchange with customers and partners.
- Independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German language skills (C2) and good English skills.
