Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a setter for our growing DACH sales team. In your role you will be largely responsible for establishing our AI software in the German-speaking market, initiating strategic partnerships and supporting new partners on their journey with Floy.
Your mission
Will be responsible for establishing our AI software in the German-speaking market, initiating strategic partnerships and guiding new partners through their journey with Floy.
Your responsibilities
- Call radiology practices with commitment and conviction and excite them about Floy.
- You are our entry ticket into radiology. You help us secure appointments in any radiology practice (cold calling) and lay the foundation for contract closing.
- Even a "no" doesn't throw you off — you act confidently and persuasively on the phone.
- Maintain continuous willingness to learn and a desire to develop further.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Regularly track sales reporting and forecasting using Pipedrive (CRM) to measure your success.
What are we looking for?
- You speak German at a native level and have excellent English skills (C2).
- You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, medical technology or healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts simply and convincingly.
- You work independently in a structured and organized way.
- You live in the DACH region and are comfortable in a flexible 100% remote environment.
A plus:
- Experience in a dynamic startup environment and a good understanding of healthcare and current technologies are a plus.
