Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accompanying our customers on their journey with Floy. In close exchange with radiologists and medical professionals, you are responsible for the success of our existing customers. This is your chance to make a big impact at the interface between medicine and technology.
What are we looking for?
- Commercial training or comparable studies.
- Plus: first experiences in healthcare.
- First successes in customer contact and support of existing customers.
- Strong desire to travel (3-4 days per week, Munich area) and an insatiable curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills and joy in contact with people.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken (C2).
- Very good English skills.
- Desirable: experience with CRM systems.
Additionally, you like to work:
- independently, structured, and organized.

- flexibly: remote work, alone, in a team, or directly on site with the customer.
