The job
Flo is a rapidly growing product driven by data-informed decisions. The Core Analytics team's mission is to ensure all decisions are supported by timely and consistent data, align analytical teams' methods, and evolve tools to speed up working with data on all levels.
Data analysts in the Core team conduct impactful research supporting many teams and high-level decisions.
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for modeling growth in terms of revenue and users, identifying the best user segmentation to understand retention and conversion funnels, presenting findings to peers and business leaders, improving BI and data architecture, prioritizing projects for analytics engineers, and unifying methodology (e.g., for A/B experiments) with adoption of best practices.
Your Experience
Must have:
- At least 8+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and excellent knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
- Advanced SQL skills
- Solid experience in data visualization using Looker, Tableau, or similar tools
- Great presentation skills
- Experience in subscription business
Nice to have:
- Python for data analysis
- Experience in mentoring other analysts
- Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
- Experience working with Looker as a BI analyst
