The Job

Flo is looking for a results-driven, creative, and systems-oriented Social Lead to redefine its presence across social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. This leadership role involves managing organic reach and performance impact together. Reporting directly to the Director of Social Growth, the Social Lead will shape the roadmap, manage contributors, and ensure Flo’s voice leads the global conversation on women’s health through strategic and hands-on direction.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Flo’s global social strategy with clear performance, engagement, and growth metrics connected to business outcomes.
  • Build scalable content systems, workflows, briefs, asset libraries, and AI-supported processes for consistent high-volume creative delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Lead and mentor a growing social team including managers, freelancers, and agencies to execute platform-specific strategies with creative precision and measurable impact.
  • Bridge brand and performance ensuring organic social feeds support the full funnel from awareness to consideration and install intent.
  • Experiment boldly with new formats, storytelling angles, and technologies to push boundaries in women’s health communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Medical, and Product teams to integrate social into acquisition, education, and community building.
  • Analyze and optimize social content, scaling what performs and retiring what does not based on insights.
  • Champion creators and partnerships working with agencies, influencers, and partners aligning with Flo’s tone, values, and measurable goals.

Role Profile

Professional Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-platform social ecosystems balancing creative and performance goals.
  • Background in creative or content agency environments preferred, comfortable with briefs, client expectations, and data.
  • Strong understanding of content scalability, including UGC systems and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Analytical mindset linking organic metrics such as engagement and reach to business KPIs such as installs, retention, and revenue.
  • Passion for women’s health, empowerment, and education.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI and automation tools enhancing creative and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership style combining creativity, structure, and empathy to motivate diverse contributors towards shared goals.

  • Drives measurable results through organic content contributing to user acquisition, engagement, and long-term brand equity.
  • Key player in major marketing initiatives and launches, ensuring social is integral to campaign planning.
