The Job
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of the talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on direct impact on success.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, handling all stages from intake to close.
- Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
- Proactively map and engage high-caliber passive talent, prioritizing critical roles to fill with exceptional candidates.
- Run a structured, high-quality interview process aligned with company values and providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and report on key metrics including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire, using data to inform strategy.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to continuously improve hiring practices and employer brand.
Success Criteria
- Judgment-first mindset: Uphold hiring standards under pressure, identify potential over pedigree, make bold, high-quality hiring calls.
- Business literacy: Understand revenue, user growth, product velocity, connect hiring outcomes to long-term company strategy.
- Market fluency & data-informed: Understand London and Vilnius talent landscape, use data to anticipate shifts and attract top performers.
- Velocity with quality: Shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing standards, be self-sufficient and proactive in talent search.
- Trusted advisor: Build reputation as a go-to partner for hiring advice, bring insight to the process.
Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in engineering and product roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex compensation discussions.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; experience hiring abroad is an advantage.
- Strong background in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
