The job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling the business to scale by raising the bar with every hire and embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to success.

What You'll Do

  • Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent, prioritizing critical roles to ensure exceptional candidate placement.
  • Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics—such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—using data to inform strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve hiring practices and employer brand.

Success Metrics for the Role

  • Judgment-first mindset: Act as a bar-keeper, upholding hiring standards under pressure, identifying potential over pedigree, and making bold high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Business literacy: Understand revenue, user growth, product velocity, and connect hiring outcomes to the company's long-term strategy.
  • Market fluency & data-informed: Read the London and Vilnius talent landscape with nuance, using data to anticipate shifts and attract top performers.
  • Velocity with quality: Shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing standards, be self-sufficient and proactive in searching for top talent.
  • Trusted advisor: Build a reputation as the go-to partner for hiring calibration and advice, bringing insights, not just effort, to the process.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; additional experience hiring abroad is an advantage.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
