Job Overview

As a Senior Talent Partner (Engineering/Product), you will be a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling business scaling by raising the bar with every hire and embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with direct impact on success.

Responsibilities

You will be the 3606 owner of the recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, handling every stage from intake to close, including:
  • Being a strategic thought partner to hiring managers on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively mapping and engaging high-caliber passive talent, prioritizing critical roles with exceptional candidates.
  • Running a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire using data to inform strategy.
  • Driving talent acquisition initiatives to continuously improve hiring practices and employer brand.

Success in this role is defined by:
  • Having a judgment-first mindset, upholding hiring standards even under pressure, identifying potential over pedigree, and making bold, high-quality hiring calls.
  • Possessing business literacy to understand revenue, user growth, and product velocity, connecting hiring outcomes to the company's long-term strategy.
  • Demonstrating market fluency and data-informed strategies to anticipate shifts and attract top performers in London and Vilnius talent landscapes.
  • Balancing velocity with quality by shortening time-to-hire without sacrificing standards, being self-sufficient, proactive, and personally driving top talent searches.
  • Being a trusted advisor, known as the "go-to" partner for hiring calibration and advice, bringing insight to the process.

Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; additional experience hiring abroad is advantageous.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
